7Slots Deleted My 12K Winnings and Changed My Account ID Without Warning

I played on 7Slots on April 8 and 9, 2025, starting with ₺7000. I managed to double that amount and reached a total of ₺12,000 in winnings. When I attempted to withdraw the money, only ₺700 was approved, and shortly after that, I discovered my entire balance had been wiped out.

To make matters worse, it looks like my account ID was changed without my knowledge. The original ID was 408*89, and now I have no access to my winnings or clarity on what happened. This is completely unacceptable, especially after winning fairly and following all the rules.

I’m asking 7Slots to urgently investigate this issue, restore my original account, and return my ₺12,000. I expect real action—not excuses.
