The payment was successful on the bank side, and the transaction has the UTR 461964068309, but 4rabet has still not deposited this amount into my account. In the past, such issues were resolved within 24 hours, but at the time of writing this complaint, 96 hours have already passed, and nothing has been fixed. I contacted your customer support and opened a support ticket with the number 1482803, but I have not received any clear explanation as to why my money has not been credited. This situation makes me seriously question how much money you are holding from how many people in this way every day. I request that you immediately resolve this issue by either crediting the 2000 to my 4rabet account without any further delay or refunding the full amount back to my bank account.
