Deposited Amount Not Received In 4rabetsite

I am raising this complaint regarding my 4rabet account, as a UPI deposit I made has still not been credited or refunded. On 14 March 2026 at around 7:55 PM, I deposited an amount of 3000 via UPI transfer to my 4rabet account. The transaction was completed from my side and my UTR number is 939350993193. However, the amount is still not showing in my 4rabet account balance. I raised a support ticket with you under the ID SUP-1208698 on 16 March 2026, but I have not received any response or explanation so far about why the deposit is missing. My UUID on your platform is b0318ec6-d5ff-4cc4-bdfa-abdc8489e***, and my account is linked to the email address ag2***[email protected]. Since the amount has been debited from my side but is not reflecting in my 4rabet account, I kindly request that the 3000 be refunded back to the bank/UPI account linked to my registered email address as soon as possible if you are unable to credit it to my 4rabet account.
