4rabet Deposit Not Credited Despite NPCI Confirmation—₹1,200 Missing

On March 20, I deposited ₹1,200 into my 4rabet account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance.

The UTR number for this transaction is 606051723374, and the support reference is SUP:1232741. I contacted my bank regarding this issue, and they checked with NPCI. NPCI confirmed that the payment was successfully delivered to the merchant, which means that 4rabet has received the funds.

Despite this confirmation, the amount is still not reflected in my 4rabet account. I contacted 4rabet support on March 20 at around 8:00 PM, and they informed me that the transaction needed verification but did not provide any clear timeline for resolution.

Since the payment status is already confirmed as successful on both the bank and NPCI sides, this delay is causing inconvenience and concern regarding my funds.

I request that 4rabet either immediately credit the ₹1,200 to my account or process a full refund to my bank account without any further delay.
