23andMe Gave Me Wrong Genealogy Results and Billed Me Anyway

To be honest, my time with 23andMe has been terrible. The genealogy findings I got were completely wrong and didn't reflect anything I know about my family history. Their map is really imprecise and not right at all. It seems like they just put random areas together. Things became worse when they started billing me without my authorization, which is just not okay. Their algorithm certainly needs a big overhaul because the results don't make sense and don't give any useful information. AncestryDNA was far more accurate, straightforward, and easy to use than this one. They also have a bigger database, which makes the results seem more reliable. 23andMe is just not worth it. If you're thinking about getting a DNA test, don't get this one. It's a waste of time and money.
