Unable To Access My 22Bet Account And Withdraw Funds

I have a 22bet account that I used for betting from Nigeria. On February 14, I attempted to withdraw 284,000 NGN to my First Bank account, and since that date my account has been closed and I have been facing serious issues with both my withdrawal and my account status. 22bet required me to provide several documents, selfies, and even screenshots for the verification process. I completed the verification by submitting all the information they asked for, including requests that felt unnecessary, just to make sure everything was in order. Despite successfully going through this verification, 22bet abruptly suspended and then closed my account without giving any reason or explanation. After the closure, my account balance completely disappeared and I can no longer log in, so I have no way to reach or confirm my funds. Before the suspension, I had placed a bet with odds of 1.87 using my own deposited money of 168,000 NGN, and this bet won. Instead of paying out my total winnings, 22bet informed me that they had cancelled my winning and that I could only withdraw my deposited funds of 168,000 NGN. This is completely unacceptable to me because I played and won fairly and expected to receive the full winning balance. I have tried to get help from their customer support, but I have not received any proper response or assistance. The lack of communication and transparency makes the situation feel very unfair and leaves the impression that my money has simply been taken without justification. I request that 22bet immediately review my case, restore access to my account, clearly explain why it was suspended and closed after my verification was completed, and pay out my full balance, including the winning from my 1.87 odds bet, to my First Bank account, or at the very least return the full funds to my 22bet balance so I can withdraw them properly. I expect a clear and written explanation and a swift resolution to this issue.
