Problem With 1xBet Security Team

I am writing about a serious problem I am experiencing with my 1xBet account regarding verification and withdrawal of my funds. I use 1xBet from Egypt and I requested a withdrawal of my balance through an agent, but my bets have been blocked and I cannot withdraw my money. The amount currently blocked in my account is 1,460 EGP, and my 1xBet user ID is 827326***. For verification, 1xBet requested my ID, which I have already provided by email to the security team as they instructed. Despite sending the required document, I have not received any reply from the security team. I also contacted general support through other channels, but they only told me that I have to contact the security team, without giving any real help or solution. At this point my account is restricted, my bets are blocked, and I cannot access my funds. I request that my verification be reviewed and completed as soon as possible, that my account restrictions be removed, and that my withdrawal of 1,460 EGP via my chosen method be processed without further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of why my account was blocked and why there has been no response from the security team so far.
