On September 8, 2025, at 19:47:52 and 21:26:18, I deposited a total of ₺22,000 into my 1xBet account via bank transfer through İş Bank. However, the money never appeared in my 1xBet balance, nor was it returned to my bank account.
I contacted 1xBet customer service multiple times through both email and live chat. I also submitted my official receipts as proof. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that the funds had already been “sent” to me, which is simply not true. Instead of providing transaction numbers or traceable details, support kept asking for the same documents again and again, without offering a real resolution.
This has left me in an ongoing state of financial loss and frustration. I made the transfer from Tekirdağ, Turkey, and this is the first time I have ever faced such a problem on the platform.
I demand that the missing ₺22,000 be credited to my account or refunded to my bank account immediately. I also expect 1xBet to clearly prove where the funds were allegedly sent, instead of giving vague and repetitive responses. Customers should not be left uncertain about the status of their own money.
