On August 31, 2025, at 01:21 AM, I deposited ₺2,000 into my 1xBet account via bank transfer using my user ID 12*. Despite the transaction being confirmed, the funds have not been credited to my account even after more than 24 hours.
I immediately contacted 1xBet live chat support, and I was told the issue would be resolved within an hour. When nothing happened, I requested a call, and over the phone I was assured the money would be credited within 1–3 hours. Yet again, nothing was deposited into my account. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue—similar delays have happened before, which makes me lose confidence in their payment system.
I carried out this transaction from Istanbul and contacted support multiple times through both live chat and phone calls, but my problem remains unresolved. Despite repeated promises, 1xBet has failed to deliver on its commitments, leaving me unable to use my own funds.
I am demanding that my ₺2,000 be credited to my account immediately and that 1xBet implement proper measures to ensure these payment delays stop happening in the future. Customers should not have to chase down their own money every time they make a deposit.
