1xBet Withdrawal Marked Successful but Bank Rejects UTR

I have a serious issue with my 1xBet account with ID 359341*** regarding a withdrawal that has not been received. On 9 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 49,700 INR via bank transfer. 1xBet marked this transaction as successful and provided me with a UTR number, but when I checked with my bank, they clearly confirmed that the given UTR is untraceable and invalid, and that no such amount has been credited to my account. After this, I contacted 1xBet support again and informed them that my bank had confirmed, through their official domain, that the UTR is invalid and that there is no incoming transaction of 49,700 INR. I also provided a video recording showing my transaction history and bank statements, where it is clearly visible that no such amount was received. Despite all this evidence, 1xBet continues to mark the payment as successful and is now demanding a letter from the bank, even though I have already shared official confirmation and detailed documentation. I request that 1xBet provide clear proof of this transaction, including a proper payment receipt showing the sender’s name, bank details, exact transaction date and time, and any valid reference or UTR that can be verified by my bank. I also request that you investigate the sender of this payment and check the sender’s bank statement to confirm whether the 49,700 INR was actually debited and to which account it was sent. If you cannot provide verifiable proof that this payment reached my bank, I expect you to resolve the issue urgently and refund the full amount of 49,700 INR back to my gaming ID in a clear and transparent way.
