I put money into my 1xbet account more than two days ago, and even though I've been waiting, my balance still isn't showing up. I contacted support, but they weren't able to tell me when the funds would show up in my account. I was just told to “wait a bit longer,” but they didn’t give me any specific timeline. I feel like I'm totally in the dark here, and I'm really worried about what happened to my money. Whenever I reach out to customer service, I always hear, “We’re looking into it,” but nothing ever seems to improve.
