During this period, I contacted live support and customer service, but no solution was offered and I received no meaningful assistance.
I request that the $24 I deposited be credited to my account as soon as possible or, if this cannot be done, that a full refund be issued to me without delay.
On 05/12/2025 I deposited 1,000 TL to the 1xbet betting site using the “Transfer at Xbet” method from my Enpara account, under my own name Agshın Rahımov. This amount neither reached my gaming account nor was refunded to me, and for about two weeks there has been no progress.
Even though I have the receipt, I have repeatedly reported the issue to customer service.
