On March 2, 2025, I deposited ₺35,000 into my 1xBet account. At first, the site confirmed that the transaction was approved, but the funds never appeared in my balance. When I contacted support to ask why, they requested my payment receipt, which I promptly provided. However, despite waiting two days, I received no response.
When I followed up again, they suddenly claimed my transaction was flagged as a "suspicious transaction" and that my money would be refunded. However, they demanded I deposit an additional ₺15,000, claiming they would then process a ₺50,000 refund.
If my deposit was truly suspicious, why did they wait two days before saying anything? Is this just a way to scam users out of their money? If so, at least be transparent! I demand my full deposit back immediately!
