1xBet Deposit Issue – ₺10,000 Sent via Kuveyt Türk Bank Not Credited or Refunded

On August 16, 2026, I deposited a total of ₺10,000 into my newly opened 1xBet account through Kuveyt Türk Bank, split into two separate transfers of ₺5,000 each. However, the funds never appeared in my betting account.

I immediately contacted customer service several times via live chat. The only response I received was, “your money has been refunded.” Yet, I was never informed to which account or card this supposed refund was sent. No receipts, transaction details, or confirmation messages have been provided.

This was my first deposit attempt after registering with 1xBet, and it has turned into a frustrating experience. For days, I have been unable to get a clear answer or resolution from support.

I am requesting an official explanation about where my ₺10,000 went and for the full amount to be credited back to my account or refunded properly without further delay.
