My deposit to 1xBet from my bank card has just disappeared! I sent the money, but it never arrived in my account. I contacted support, and they told me to wait 24 hours. Normally, my deposits are processed within a few seconds or minutes at most! I waited 24 hours, then 48, now 72, and my patience has completely run out. Please explain how long I’m supposed to wait for my deposit! What could possibly take so long, and what is causing this delay? This situation is ridiculous. My support ticket number is 389374022, submitted on November 3.
