I won a bet on my 1xBet account, and now the account is blocked. I don’t understand what could be the reason for this. The account is linked to the Gmail address carlddon***@gmail.com. I would like the account to be reopened. I made a deposit to the 1xBet account using an MTN Cameroon Mobile Money account.

I have lost the SIM card linked to my 1xBet account and can no longer receive verification codes or access that phone number. My account is also linked to my Gmail, which I still have access to. I kindly request that you help me unlink the old phone number from my account and either update it with my new number or allow me to access and withdraw from my account using only my Gmail.
