Around 14 days ago, I submitted a 40,000 TL withdrawal request via bank transfer from my 1xBet account. Following the request, I was asked to provide certain documents, which I submitted completely and correctly. I even received confirmation that my documents were approved. However, shortly after, my account was suspended under the false claim of having a “second account”, even though I only have one.
Now, when I attempt to log in, I continuously receive error messages despite entering the correct account details. I have emailed customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response at all. It is frustrating that while depositing money into my account was seamless, the moment I attempted a large withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked.
Currently, my 40,000 TL balance remains inaccessible, and I am unable to use or withdraw my own funds. I demand that my account be reinstated immediately and that my 40,000 TL withdrawal be processed without further delay. This issue is urgent and must be resolved as soon as possible.
