As a long-time active user of 1xbet, I am extremely disappointed with their handling of my account verification process. After suffering significant losses, I finally had a winning streak with 3-4 consecutive successful bets. However, instead of processing my withdrawals, 1xbet requested additional documents for verification.

I submitted the requested documents, but it took them 72 hours to respond. Then they demanded three months of utility bills (electricity and water), which I do not have. Despite explaining my situation, they kept insisting on providing these documents without offering any alternatives.

The Telegram support team says they cannot assist, live chat offers no help, and the email team only repeats the same demand for documents. I am stuck in a frustrating loop with no resolution. I urge 1xbet to provide a feasible alternative for verification and process my account without further unnecessary delays. This is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action.

In such cases, you say that accounts are reviewed and necessary decisions are made in accordance with the terms and conditions set by our platform, but what is not in compliance with the conditions?
