I am using 1win from Pakistan and recently requested a withdrawal via bank transfer, but my money has still not been paid. On 28 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 2000 PKR to my bank account, and since then the amount has not been credited. I contacted 1win customer support about this withdrawal delay, but I did not receive any response from them. The lack of feedback and the fact that my withdrawal is still pending is causing me serious concern about the reliability of the service. I request that my 2000 PKR withdrawal be paid to my bank account immediately and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
