Request To Review My Blocked Account And Return My Funds

I have been using the official 1win website from India for almost four years, placing only small bets for entertainment and never facing any issues during this time. My main account was hacked in November 2025, so I stopped playing for a while. In 2026, I decided to start again and created a new account on the official 1win website with the ID 357067***. Around that time, there was a Hanzo × 1win giveaway event that required users to complete certain wagering conditions. I deposited approximately $110 from my hard-earned income and fulfilled nearly $450 in wagering. As a result, I reached Rank 9 on the event leaderboard, where the announced reward was $150. On 22 May, the $150 reward was finally credited to my account after about 34 days of waiting, and I was glad that the reward was eventually received. However, on 23 May, just one day after receiving the reward, when I tried to make a withdrawal, I suddenly saw a message that my account had been blocked for violating rules. I was not given a clear explanation of which specific rule I supposedly violated. Having been associated with 1win for years without any prior issue, this sudden blocking of my account without a proper, detailed reason has left me extremely disappointed and worried. I respectfully request that you thoroughly review my account and the decision to block it. I am asking either for my account access to be restored or for a refund of the money I deposited and the balance that was in my account, as this is my hard-earned income and I belong to a middle-class family where I am the only earning member.
