I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with a pending sports bet on 1win. I placed a tennis match result bet on an ATP tournament a few days ago, and the bet has now been pending for over 72 hours. I contacted 1win customer support about this situation and was informed that, according to your policy, a bet can remain pending for up to 72 hours in case the match might resume. However, despite this period having clearly passed, no further action has been taken on my bet and I have not received any concrete solution or update. I request that this case be reviewed and, if the match is confirmed not to continue, that the bet be voided and my $200 stake returned to my account balance. I kindly ask for a clear and prompt resolution of this issue and a written confirmation once the process has been completed.
