On August 7th at 01:55 AM, I requested a withdrawal of 10,070 TL to my Yapı Kredi account via bank transfer through 1win. I had experienced a similar delay before, but usually my money would be in my account by the end of the day. However, this time, even though about 14 hours have passed, the money still hasn’t been deposited into my account, and this money is really important to me—it’s my last money.
I contacted customer service, explained that I urgently need the money and that I am in debt, but I only received standard responses stating that the process is ongoing, with no concrete solution offered. The IBAN I provided for the withdrawal belongs to Yapı Kredi.
My request from 1win is that my withdrawal request be urgently processed and that my money be deposited into my account by tonight at the latest. I want my grievance to be resolved. Please, I want the 1win team to handle this quickly—I trust them.
