1Win – My withdrawal from my casino account is not being approved
I am experiencing an issue at the withdrawal stage in my 1Win Casino account. One day ago, I created two separate withdrawal requests via bank transfer: 4,300 TL and 600 TL. My request numbers are linked to my account; my user ID is: 62040629. Despite 24 hours having passed, my payments have not been approved and have not been deposited into my account.
When I contacted the support team, I received a generic response: “Wait 24 hours and submit the request again.” However, even though the time has passed, the issue has not been resolved and the uncertainty continues.
My expectation is that both of my withdrawal requests will be approved immediately, that the total amount of 4,900 TL will be deposited into my bank account, and that I will be informed regarding the delay. I also request that the process be improved to prevent similar delays from occurring again.
