I currently have three separate withdrawal requests pending on 1win under my account ID 318198349. When I first submitted them, I was told to wait 48 hours. For some of the requests, I did receive a response—but now that the full 48 hours have passed, I’ve been informed that I might need to wait 1 to 7 days for the others.

This shifting timeline is extremely frustrating, especially when it involves my own money. I chose 1win because it presents itself as a large, reputable platform, and I truly don’t want to think the worst—but this experience is making it difficult not to.

I am asking for urgent action to process the remaining withdrawal requests and for clearer, more reliable communication from the support team. When it comes to financial transactions, users expect speed, transparency, and consistency—not vague delays and uncertainty. Please process my pending withdrawals and restore the trust I had in your service.
