I Report Missing Manisnap Retrocam Order With No Tracking Updates Or Response

On August 31, I placed an order for a Manisnap Retrocam and a camera carrying case (Order No: 5593, Tracking No: UK452846640YP). I paid ₺3,149.82 via EFT. My delivery address is Erzurum/Yakutiye.

On September 1, I was informed that my order had been shipped. However, on September 10, I only received an email stating that “your shipment status has been updated.” When I checked the tracking link, it only showed Yanwen_Türkiye with no clear details, leaving me unable to track the location of my package. The 17 Track website also shows no progress.

When purchasing, I communicated with the seller via WhatsApp. After placing the order, I asked about the shipping status three times but received no reply. Only when I asked, “is there a problem with my order?” did they respond once, but for the past two days they have gone silent again. This was my first time ordering from this company, and unfortunately, I am facing problems right from my very first purchase.

I request clear information about the status of my order, immediate delivery of my product, or proper compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
