17TRACK Shows My $86 Caterpillar Order as Delivered but I Received Nothing
On May 18, 2026, I placed an order on the Caterpillar Turkey website to be shipped from China. My order tracking number is AMTS000163279FS, and as of June 18, 2026, it appears as "delivered" in the 17TRACK application. However, the package never reached me, and it was never delivered by any courier company in Turkey.
Even though the package movements appear recorded on 17TRACK, I feel like I have been scammed because the product never arrived. I made this $86 payment using my credit card, and now I am left at a total loss with no product and my money gone.
When I tried to contact the company through the Caterpillar Turkey website, I could not find any phone number or usable email address, making it impossible to reach anyone. I demand a clear investigation into the status of my shipment, the immediate delivery of my product, or, if that is not possible, a full refund of my $86 payment back to my credit card.
