10cric Deposits Not Credited or Refunded
I have an ongoing problem with two deposits I made to my 10cric account which have still not been refunded to me, despite multiple follow-ups. On 9 April I deposited ₹2,999 via PhonePe UPI, and on 15 April I deposited ₹499, again via PhonePe UPI, into my 10cric account registered with the email address hemanthk****@gmail.com. Both amounts were deducted from my PhonePe account but were not credited to my 10cric balance. After noticing that the deposits did not appear in my 10cric account, I contacted 10cric support. They informed me that the transaction from 9 April was refunded to my bank account on 20 April, and that the transaction from 15 April was refunded on 22 April. However, until now, neither of these refunds has been credited back to my bank or shown in my PhonePe account. I checked from my side and the original transactions were successfully completed. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and raised several requests to 10cric, but I keep receiving the same template responses without any useful clarification or resolution. There has been no concrete proof of refund, no detailed explanation, and no actual reversal of the amounts to my account. I request that 10cric urgently resolve this issue by refunding the total amount of ₹2,999 + ₹499 to me without any further delay. I am fine with receiving the money either as a direct refund to my bank/PhonePe or as a credit to my 10cric account balance, but I need my money to be returned. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with these transactions and why the refunds claimed to have been processed on 20 and 22 April have still not reached me.
