For about a week, I’ve been unable to redeem my code in the Zynga Okey game on my Android device. I purchased the code from the market, but whenever I try to load it, I keep getting the same message: “Maintenance work is in progress, please try again later with your code.” I’ve tried multiple times at different hours and with different internet connections, but the issue persists. No payment has been deducted, and I still have the receipt for the card from which I bought the code.
I’m requesting that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so that I can successfully redeem my code without any further problems.
