Zula Account Banned Without Cheats and Ranked Penalty Applied

In the game Zula, my account with the in‑game username “HELGA+” was banned from 05.10.2026 until 08.10.2026, even though I have never used any cheat program or third‑party software that provides an in‑game advantage. I am certain that I have not used any cheats, and I was not provided with any clear or sufficient explanation as to why my account was banned. Banning a player’s account for a long period without any cheat usage creates a serious grievance. If there is any alleged detection of cheat usage associated with my account, I request a clear explanation of on what basis and as a result of which in‑game detections this decision was made. Due to this unfair ban, I have suffered XP and ZP losses in the game, and I was also removed from a ranked match, which resulted in a ranked penalty and a penalty duration being applied to my account. I request that my account be re‑examined, that the reason for the ban decision be clearly communicated to me, that my XP and ZP losses be fully compensated, and that the ranked penalty and its entire duration be completely removed. I ask for my grievance to be remedied and for a written response to be provided to me regarding this matter.
