Zomato Delivered My Burger In Bad Condition and Ignored My Complaint
Recently, I purchased a burger meal and had a horrible encounter with Zomato. The contents of the bag were totally spilt when the meal arrived; the wrapper was ripped. The burger was squished beyond recognition; the chips were sloppy. It seems to have been handled sloppily throughout delivery. I tried right away to report the problem to Zomato customer service, but I couldn find a live agent. The chat assistance gave broad answers and no recompense or fix for the damaged meal. Although I used Zomato often in the past, this experience has caused me to rethink. I am considering moving to another platform in search of improved service quite seriously.
