Zomato Failed to Cancel My Orders and Delayed Delivery Late At Night

Having been using the Zomato app for a considerable period, I would want to share my experience with it. I have always had the same problems even though I often get food and snacks on the site. One often occurring issue is that orders cannot be revoked as needed. I recently ordered by mistake and quickly called customer support to get it cancelled. I was informed, nevertheless, that there was no cancellation possible since the order was already under preparation. Another time, no delivery partner was available, hence my order was delayed for more than an hour. I encountered the same problem trying to cancel the order as well, which left me annoyed with lost time and money caught in the system. These frequent problems have caused me doubt about the dependability of the app, particularly for late-night orders. I hope Zomato gives its consumers better support and enhances its offerings.
