Zepeto charged my card without permission, what can I do to dispute?

If Zepeto charged your card without permission;

• Contact Zepeto support immediately via the in-app Help Center or official support website and state that an unauthorized charge was made
• Provide your username, registered email, charge date/amount, transaction ID or receipt, and screenshots or bank statement showing the charge

Ask them to;

• Explain why the charge occurred without your consent
• Cancel any active subscription or premium service linked to your account
• Refund the unauthorized payment and confirm billing is stopped
