• Contact Zepeto support via in-app support or Help Center and explain that payment was successful but premium benefits are missing
• Provide your username, registered email, purchase date, payment method, transaction ID or receipt, and screenshots showing no premium access
Ask them to;
• Verify the payment and subscription status on your account
• Activate your premium benefits immediately
• Refund the payment if premium access cannot be granted
If the problem persists;
• Keep all receipts, screenshots, and communication
• Check whether the purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play and confirm it’s linked to the correct account
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek access restoration or a fair refund
