Zara Refund Delay and Poor Customer Service

snagged a couple of vests from Zara, but they turned out to be too big, so I went for the return. Got the green light for the return, but it's been forever, and still no refund. these people do these things like thousands of times, don't they? is it just my bad luck or they became really incompetent. They keep saying it takes 14 days, but nada. No one seems to care. Getting these half-hearted responses, and nobody bothers to get back. Chasing that money trail, but it's like talking to a brick wall.
