Zara Delays Simple Return and Refund Process for Vests
snagged a couple of vests from Zara, but they turned out to be too big, so I went for the return. Got the green light fo...r the return, but it's been forever, and still no refund. these people do these things like thousands of times, don't they? is it just my bad luck or they became really incompetent
