My Zara Home purchase arrived crooked and damaged due to insufficient shipping. You are not permitted to search. The phone number isn't even working. You're speaking with live support, which is completely useless. They claim we must return it. I explained that I was in an earthquake zone, that most of the cargo was closed, and that it was difficult for me to travel with two children. He claimed he directed the cargo company, but the cargo company never arrived to pick it up. I was left with a faulty product and my complaint. It's never a good company. I'm sorry that such a large corporation is so callous, chasing money and victimizing customers. Is money important to you, even if it means making the customer a victim?
