I Requested a Zara Home Return but Pickup Never Happened

I submitted a return request a week ago for a bowl and serving board that I purchased online from Zara Home (Return No: 3006389229). However, during this time, the pickup for the return has not yet been completed. I have tried calling customer service multiple times, but no one answers, and I have also received no response through other communication channels.

I request that the return process be completed immediately and that the ₺5,680 I paid be refunded to my account without further delay. I also ask that my inconvenience during this process be resolved.
