Zalando canceled my order without explanation, what should I do?

If Zalando cancelled your order without giving you a good reason, check your email first. Look for a message from "[email protected]" or a similar Zalando address. Most of the time, Zalando cancels sales because of problems with stock, payment, or billing. There may have been a problem with the system or the payment has not been handled if no email is found.

Next, get in touch with Zalando's customer service.The website has live chat help and an email form that you can find under "Help." There are also customer service lines for each country. Tell them what happened and include your order number so they can give you a more straight answer about why the order was cancelled and what you can do to place another order.

If the problem is with authorising the payment, check with your bank or payment company to make sure there were no holds or declines. For security reasons, Zalando's system may not accept payments that are flagged by banks.

Also, if the item was cancelled because of a mistake with the stock, keep an eye on Zalando's "Back in Stock" messages or visit their website to sign up for item alerts.
