Yves Rocher mascara falls off during the day. Why does this happen?

If your mascara is crumbling, there could be several reasons:

A dry or old formula (expired or improperly stored product);

Poor quality pigment or binder components;

Inappropriate type of mascara for your lashes (for example, lengthening mascara lasts worse on dry lashes);

Over-application or combining with a greasy under-eye cream.

What to do:

Check the expiration date and date of first opening - mascara is recommended to be used for no more than 3-6 months.

Apply in one or two coats, avoiding weighty application.

If the mascara crumbles with normal use - this is a sign of a formula flaw, especially if the problem is recurring.
