I purchased the Yves Rocher Anti Age Global eye contour roll-on product through the brand’s own online application (order no: 5095756). I did not have any problem around my eye area before using this product. However, shortly after I started using it, the product first caused a small lump (similar to a sebaceous cyst) around my eye area, and when I tried using it again, it triggered a much more serious reaction and I developed eczema around my eyes. I experienced these complaints last week and immediately contacted the brand’s WhatsApp customer service line. I shared the photos they requested via WhatsApp at that time. Despite the seriousness of the reaction in such a sensitive area as the eye contour, I was only told that I would be contacted by e‑mail and the issue was passed over without any real assistance or urgency. In the following week, I tried to heal the eczema problem with my own means, without going to a doctor for an extra expense caused by this product. Although the eczema has partially improved, the small lumps around my eyes are still present, and I have received no concrete feedback, explanation or solution proposal from the brand so far. Currently, I still have visible irritation, sensitivity, eczema history from last week and persistent bumps around my eyes. This situation seriously affects both my health and my quality of life. While it is unacceptable for a cosmetic product to cause such a reaction, it is also extremely disappointing that customer service remains so inadequate and indifferent. I had to stop using the product completely and I am trying to recover my skin with my own means, and I do not find it fair that I am left alone with both the health problem and the related costs. I request that a clear explanation be provided regarding the content and safety of the Anti Age Global eye contour product I used, that the responsibility for the skin reaction I experienced be carefully examined, and that a concrete solution be presented to remedy my grievance. I also expect you to urgently inform me about how you will compensate for the damage and inconvenience caused. Otherwise, I will consider taking this matter to the relevant official authorities.

I had previously filed a complaint because the under‑eye cream I purchased from the Yves Rocher brand caused severe eczema and irritation around my eyes. Although I initially requested assistance through WhatsApp customer service, no solution was offered. However, after I posted the issue on Xolvie, they got back to me. During a phone call, I was told that the product would be refunded and that points would be credited to my account. Yet, because of the health problem I experienced, I had to go to a dermatology examination, which cost me approximately ₺1,500. Despite that, only points worth ₺150 were added to my account. This was an extremely inadequate and unprofessional response in addition to the hardship I suffered. I suffered a health problem due to a cosmetic product, incurred treatment expenses, and received insufficient support from customer service throughout the process. I expected the brand to handle the inconvenience more professionally and with a solution‑oriented approach. I request a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
