YouTube Premium Family Charged During Free Trial

I subscribed to the YouTube Premium family plan today through my own account. During registration, it was clearly stated that the first month would be free and that the fee of ₺319.99 would be charged starting from the second month. Despite this, ₺319.99 was immediately collected from my Türk Telekom mobile payment, and I received an SMS from Türk Telekom showing a successful mobile payment to Apple for this amount. Since I was promised that no fee would be taken in the first month, I consider this situation misleading. I request that the ₺319.99, which was charged contrary to the stated terms, be urgently refunded to my Türk Telekom mobile line and that my YouTube Premium family subscription be adjusted to include the first month as a free trial as initially presented.
