Yousician won't let me log into my paid account, how can I fix this?

If Yousician won’t let you log into your paid account, here’s how to fix it;

Check your login details first;

• Make sure you’re using the correct email/username
• Re-enter your password carefully
• Screenshot any error message

Reset your password;

• On the login screen, tap Forgot Password
• Enter your registered email
• Follow the reset link from email (check Spam)

Verify your subscription source;
