I No Longer Want Yourselfirst Subscription

March 4 7:39 PM36

I am writing to report that I am unable to cancel my Yourselfirst subscription. Today I attempted to cancel but could not find any clear way to do so, and there is no visible email address or contact information for support or for handling cancellations. Because there is no reachable support email, I have not been able to get any help or official guidance on how to stop the subscription. This situation prevents me from exercising a basic right to cancel and leaves me with a service I no longer wish to use. I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that this action be confirmed to me as soon as possible.

I am writing about an Easy Walking subscription that I want to cancel immediately. I live in France and I have been charged 54.09 € every month for at least the last six months via my American Express credit card. I no longer wish to use or pay for this service and want the subscription to be stopped without any further charges.

I have already cancelled my American Express card, but American Express still continues to claim the Easy Walking subscription amounts. I have not been able to contact Easy Walking, as I cannot find any contact address or customer service information for the company, which makes it impossible for me to cancel the subscription directly.

I request the immediate cancellation of my Easy Walking subscription and I would like to be provided with the correct and up‑to‑date contact details for Easy Walking so that I can follow up properly if needed. I also ask that no further charges related to Easy Walking be taken from my account.
