If YoHo keeps charging you monthly even after cancellation and you want to actually stop the payments;
Confirm the cancellation properly;
• Log in to your YoHo account → Subscription/Billing and make sure it shows Canceled
• Take screenshots of the cancellation confirmation or status
• Check your email (including spam) for any YoHo cancellation confirmation
• Note the dates and amounts of charges that happened after cancellation
Check where the subscription is managed;
• If you subscribed via App Store (iOS), go to Apple ID → Subscriptions and confirm YoHo is canceled
• If via Google Play (Android), go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and confirm cancellation
• If you paid directly by card, log in on YoHo’s website and check billing there
Contact YoHo Support immediately;
• State that you canceled but are still being charged monthly
