Yandex Pro Shorted My Taxi Earnings by Ignoring Official Taximeter Readings

I work as a taxi driver in Istanbul, and I suffered severe earnings deductions on two trips taken through the Yandex Pro application. On the first trip on July 28, even though the taxi meter read $89, only $62 was deposited into my account. On the second trip on July 29, while the taxi meter read approximately $42, only $22 was paid to my account. Regarding this grievance, I submitted tickets to Yandex Pro support, which were opened under reference numbers 38508 and 39285.

Even though the application offers multiple route options for every trip, support justified these missing payments by claiming, "You were required to take the initial route we presented to you." They stated that they calculate fares strictly based on their initial route rather than the taximeter, traffic conditions, passenger requests, or closed/accident-blocked roads, and that no adjusted fare will be paid if an alternative route is taken. Despite providing photos of the taximeter showing the time and mileage, along with screenshots of my correspondence with support, the company informed me that they refuse to pay these missing balances.

Even Yandex Pro phone representatives acknowledged that they receive numerous complaints regarding this exact issue. Despite this, my issue remains unresolved, and I have been financially harmed by these unfair deductions. I demand that this routing and pricing policy be urgently reviewed, that the remaining unpaid balances for both trips be reimbursed to me in full based on the actual taximeter readings, and that necessary regulations be put in place to prevent similar issues in the future.
