Yandex Pro Navigation Glitch Undercharged Eurasia Tunnel Toll for Taxi Driver

I work as a yellow taxi driver in Istanbul through the Yandex Pro application. During a trip completed on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9:42 PM, I followed the exact route recommended by the system, which guided me through the Eurasia Tunnel. Even though the official toll for the Eurasia Tunnel was $10 on that date, the app only reflected a $1.80 bridge toll when I ended the ride.

Because the system failed to account for the actual Eurasia Tunnel toll, I was unable to collect the substantial price difference from the passenger. The passenger stated they would not pay anything beyond what appeared in the app and paid only the displayed amount. Even though I operated commercial taxi license plate 34 TCY 19 and strictly followed Yandex Pro's suggested route, the toll expense was left entirely on my shoulders.

Although I sent messages regarding this issue to Yandex Pro support directly through the app, I received no response; in fact, when I resubmitted the issue, they attempted to shift responsibility onto me by claiming I deviated from the system's recommended route. However, I followed the exact navigation route shown by the app. Consequently, my financial hardship continues, and I do not believe the issue was properly reviewed or understood.

I demand that Yandex Pro properly calculate toll passages like the Eurasia Tunnel to prevent driver losses, reimburse me for the undercalculated tunnel fee for this trip, and fix the system to ensure similar errors do not happen again.
