Yalla 101 Okey Unauthorized Purchases Made Without My Permission

Multiple payments were charged to my account without my permission through the Yalla 101 Okey app. Because other members of my family use the same device, in-app purchases were made without my knowledge or consent, resulting in total spending of approximately $142.

When I contacted both the app's support team and Google Play regarding this issue, my refund request was rejected, stating that the request had been “not approved.” However, these purchases were made without my consent, and I request that all payments made without my authorization be refunded to my account.

I request that these unauthorized payments be thoroughly investigated, that the amounts improperly charged to me be refunded, and that appropriate security measures be implemented to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
