Unable to Access BiTaksi Account While Abroad, Need Phone Number Update
I am unable to access my BiTaksi account because I am currently abroad and cannot use my registered phone number. This has caused significant inconvenience as I sometimes need to send a taxi for my family.
BiTaksi, I urgently request your assistance in updating my contact information so that I can regain access to my account. My email address is d*******@icloud.com, and I am hoping you can resolve this issue promptly.
It’s frustrating that there isn’t an easy way to update contact details for users in such situations. Please address this matter as soon as possible to restore access to my account. I rely on BiTaksi, and this lack of access is unacceptable!
