XMGlobal Did Not Credit My $114 Forex Deposit After One Week
About a week ago, I deposited $114 to fund my forex trading account on XMGlobal. However, even after a full week has passed, the money has still not been credited to my trading account, which means I cannot place any trades.
I tried multiple times to contact the company through live chat, but I never received any response. There is no option to reach them by phone, and the only communication method provided is email.
Even though I sent emails explaining the situation, I did not receive any reply, which has seriously damaged my trust in the company.
I request that the $114 I deposited be either credited to my trading account immediately or refunded to me, and that I receive a clear written explanation about what happened with my deposit.
