I opened a trading account with XM Global and deposited 50 dollars yesterday via crypto, using a wallet owned by my friend as I do not have my own crypto account. On the same day, I traded XAUUSD and grew my balance to approximately 587 dollars. After that, I submitted a withdrawal request for my funds. Following my withdrawal request, XM Global informed me that my KYC had allegedly been done by another person. Instead of properly assessing the situation and offering to reverify my identity, they immediately terminated my account. They stated that I would only receive my initial deposit back and that they would not pay the profit I had made, even though I took all the trading risk with my own capital. Additionally, XM Global is refusing to return my deposit using the original crypto method. They insist on sending the money via bank transfer and are denying payment through the same method I used to deposit. I contacted their support multiple times, but every time I received the same response: they will only return my deposit, not my profit, and only via bank transfer. With this complaint, I request that XM Global allow a proper reverification of my identity and reinstate my trading account, and that they pay me the full profit I earned in addition to my deposit. I also expect them to process the withdrawal through a fair and appropriate method, without unjustly withholding my profits or closing my account without giving me a genuine chance to clarify the KYC issue.
